After losing a $1.2 Million Dollar Net Worth (9 Rental Houses, $400,000 a year income, N.J. Real Estate Brokers License, Financial Consulting Business and custody of my 3.5 year old son) and being sent to Federal Prison, I was at the lowest point in my life at the age of 45. I was 195lbs at 5’7” tall, pre-diabetic, high triglycerides, high blood pressure, acid reflux, depressed, high cholesterol, financially broke, low self-esteem, no confidence and just ALL THE WAY FUCKED UP!
I entered The Feds in October 2014 and saw weight lifting workouts, cardio training and calisthenics training like I had never seen before. This was physical fitness training AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. I started working out my 3rd day in there and NEVER STOPPED and its been 9.5 years. I got released in January 2016 at the age of 47, leaned out at 171lbs, SHREDDED and RIPPED and I never looked back. I DO NOT have any medical issues, I take no prescription medications, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, NO NOTHING…. NO NOTHING….. STRAIGHT HEALTHY.
